RE—SELECT
Simply select the item you wish to resell.
We take back Essentiel Antwerp womenswear collections from the year 2021 onwards with the exception of shoes, jewelry and socks*.
The item you send us needs to be in perfect state, clean and cannot have been altered. It also needs to contain the original brand sew-in labels and interior labels containing composition and washing instructions. For more information, please read our terms and conditions.
*In line with our commitment to make our brand a greener one, we do not send back items that do not meet the RE—SSENTIEL requirements. These items will be given a second life for upcycling or recycling purposes. -

RE—VALUE
You give us all information about your item in our step-by-step module. Based on this input, we make you an approximate offer. The final credit will be calculated upon receipt and quality check of the item in our warehouse. -

RE—SEND
Receive a pre-paid shipping label and send us the item for free. -

RE—LAX
Your job is done.
Once we receive your item, we verify its authenticity and state. We recondition and clean it in ecological processes. We take pictures of the item and write the product description. -

RE—CEIVE
You immediately get your voucher in return as soon as we’ve received and checked your item. No need to wait for your item to be sold. The voucher is valid on essentiel-antwerp.com, in our Belgian stores or on re-ssentiel.com.
