DELIVERY
Please note that RE—SSENTIEL can only deliver online purchases to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia and Finland.
We deliver with DPD. You can choose between home delivery or a relay point for the delivery of your online purchase. We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovenia, Finland : 3 to 7 business days.
Please note: delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order and are indicative. During busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
RATES
Belgium / The Netherlands / Germany / France
The delivery costs are € 8 for at-home delivery and € 6,50 for delivery to a pick-up location.
Other countries
The delivery costs are € 12,50 for at-home and € 10 for delivery to a pick-up location.
RETURNS
You can return your purchased item(s) from www.re-ssentiel.com within 14 days counting from the data of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in unused condition and complete with original labels.
Making a return is simple:
We recommend to keep proof of postage until the package reaches the warehouse: take a picture of the label or write down the tracking number. Within 14 days after receiving the item(s) in the warehouse, you will be refunded. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
Return shipping is at own cost. To make it easy, a fee equal to the original shipping costs will be deducted from the reimbursement.

- Log in to your RE—SSENTIEL account and register your return.
- Download and print the pre-addressed return label. This is available in your customer account, under "my orders".
- Pack the item(s) (max.20 kg) in a sturdy box and include the delivery note. To help the environment, we encourage to reuse boxes, select optimal sizes to avoid empty volume, and choose FSC-certified materials.
- Drop the package off at the location indicated on your return label.
